The „Glass Chain“ workshop is specially designed for young people aged 12 to 17. Together we will ask ourselves the question „What if …?“ and develop speculative visions of the future for Pankow based on specific locations. The result will be a collaborative work consisting of AI- generated and human-generated texts as well as initial sketches and drafts. Join us – we look forward to seeing you!
Based on an idea by Bruno Taut from 1919, we are further developing the concept of circular letters to create new visions for the city of the future. Together we will explore the Pankow neighbourhood, use ChatGPT to develop innovative ideas and design the urban space of tomorrow for Pankow, promoting the participation of young people in the urban space as a central educational goal. Their participation is crucial, because they are the inhabitants of the cities of tomorrow.
Nathalie Sterzenbach is researching how we can design healthy urban spaces together. Her path led her from a bachelor‘s degree in product design at the FH Potsdam to a master‘s degree in system design at the HTW Berlin. She specialises in innovation and transformation research, systemic thinking and participatory processes.
