Every year, the Creative Bureaucracy Festival brings together around 2,000 participants from public administration, politics, civil society, and beyond – to discuss bold ideas and celebrate outstanding innovations in the public sector.
On June 5, 2025, the festival returns to Berlin for its eighth edition. Once again, we invite creative minds, public sector innovators, and change-makers from Germany and around the world to rethink the principles, processes, and practices of our public institutions.
