We are pleased to invite you to the Gemeinsam Digital: Berlin (GD:B) Annual Conference 2025. The conference will take place on 17 September 2025 in the ballroom of the Rotes Rathaus.
This year’s annual conference of the GD:B community is dedicated to the topic of ‘continuity’ – a constant challenge for digital projects. Together, we want to explore how we can anchor the changes we have initiated in the long term and integrate new tools, digital products and smart city projects into everyday life in a sustainable way and spread them more widely.
Sustainability is a continuous development process, not an end state, and is a prerequisite for the sustainable implementation of projects and their subsequent use. We also ask ourselves these questions in the context of Berlin’s smart city strategy. How can measures, projects and learning processes be continued beyond the funding period?
This year, we invite you to panel discussions and keynotes that stimulate exchange between the most important players in Berlin’s smart city community. We are delighted that Governing Mayor Kai Wegner and Martina Klement, State Secretary for Digitalisation and Administrative Modernisation and Chief Digital Officer of the State of Berlin, have confirmed their participation. Join us and the diverse GD:B community in conversation and let’s reflect on our experiences.
