Designing the Future of Public Services: Challenges and Solutions

On December 4th at 7 PM, Designing the Future of Public Services: Challenges and Solutions invites you to their End of the Year event at CityLAB. The focus will be on exchanging ideas around public service design – accompanied by a live DJ set and Glühwein to properly celebrate the end of the year.

The Program:

🗣 Talks:

  • Charlotte Vorbeck, Principal UX Designer at DigitalService, will showcase how to develop user-centered products and simplify complex systems to create positive user experiences.
  • Dr. Katrin Dribbisch, Senior Managing Consultant at [init] and co-founder of the Public Service Lab, will speak about her extensive experience working with public administration and applying user-centered methods. Her goal: to improve public services in Germany.

🎵 Music:

  • DJ Giovanni Boeli, also known as Johannes Bögle, will provide the musical backdrop for the evening. His mix of electronic music, improvisation, and soundscapes invites you to immerse yourself and celebrate together.

We look forward to an inspiring evening filled with engaging talks, great conversations, and musical highlights!
